This place has improved by leaps and bounds so I had to come back and edit my review from a year ago.nI have been super happy with the very pleasant staff both at the location and the delivery folks. Thanks so much for all of the positive changes! The hard work is really showing!
I use to love Papa John..but switch to Domino because not only will they actually delivery my pizza. The tracking system is accurate, if I have a problem with my online order, or my food.. They had great customer service. They won me over. Thanks
They're usually pretty fast and the pizza has improved. SOME of their staff on the other hand, could use a refresher course in customer service. I've encountered a few that are top notch as well.
Pizza slightly burned. Only just. Sliced oddly... frankenstein comes to mind. But workers were nice and friendly. That goes a long way. I can forgive a bad cut.
Finally. As often as I eat out I can say today this place made my family and I smile. And I only had to pay $9 for a large 3 topping pizza. I called my order in while in route to the place. Got there went inside for my carryout special and to my surprise my order was coming outta the oven. Hot and fresh and as I had ordered. Im a happy customer. We will return to hopefully get the very same service. I love consistency great food and great customer service. What a great way to end the day. Thanks Columbia Dr Domino's Pizza.
