I have been constantly and pretty consistently dissatisfied with everything surrounding this location. I want to preface by saying that Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places; has been since a kid. I work the evening shift where there isn't much open when i go to lunch. I've successfully been able to order from this location about 25% of the times that i've tried. Either the system is down about an hour before closing time or they don't have the items that i am looking for! It has to start with the management; if it even exists at this location. This place is in need of a complete overhaul! Hopefully this review is received as a catalyst to improve the service there!! I honestly have nothing positive to say about this location. Please do better!!

They have the rudest employees answering the phone. DIANNA with the gold teeth supposedly a MOD needs to go through proper training on how to communicate with a customer especially when the customer wasn't being rude. They claim they didn't have the number to the Corporate office, and she Dianna yelling from the back because she didn't want to talk to me, some kind of MOD Pizza Hut has. The other young lady said she don't know anything she just witk there smh. Do better pizza hut, 000000stars!

How this place is still in business is beyond me. Location is pure trash. I placed an order for delivery and after waiting OVER TWO HOURS and then waiting on hold for forever, hanging up and calling back to FINALLY get a person I’m told that they’re not doing deliveries today and that she was going to call me to tell me they would be issuing a refund. When exactly were you going to call? Tomorrow? Or maybe next week would’ve been more convenient. They should really just close this location all together. Last time I order from them was over a year ago. It was horrible then and it hasn’t changed. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

Every time I order by phone or online my order is extremely late because the pizza arrives cold and I have to reheat it in the oven. I also ordered on February 4th as well around noon and received the same results from the same location. This location just reopened after new construction they have great customer service but poor delivery and continually fail with food presentation. My boneless wings only had my sauce at the bottom of the container and my cheese read stick arrived with NO seasoning twice. Totally Unsatisfied after waiting months for this only location in my area to reopen for months.

Unfortunately in order to leave a review I have to select a star amount. If I could, I would give this location zero stars. Literally called this location 20 times with 0 response. Waited for two hours to receive a pizza and went to sleep hungry. You’d think the least they could do is answer the phone. Corporate office called me back and transferred me back to the store and I continued to hold again. A simple “I’m sorry; we’re not able to deliver” would have been enough. At least I could have went a different route for food. With all the negative reviews you’d think that corporate pizza hut would step up and give some type of assistance to a location that thrives in this area. I’m simply disappointed and hungry. Safe to say I won’t spend another penny at this location.
