All of the coaches have given me so much individual instruction. The coaching staff is very consistent. They are fun and encouraging, but also knowledgeable about exercise modifications and pointers that can be done at home. Very happy with the quality (and results) I get with F45.

Matt, Shannon, and Jamie are excellent coaches! They are motivating, encouraging, friendly, and actually pay attention to your form and help you if you're doing any of the exercises incorrectly. I've tried several F45 locations, but this one is by far the best!

Very clean facility, a lot of class time options, knowledgeable and certified coaches...they are compliant with the COVID-19 protocols put in place by the state of Georgia. This is the place to be to safely get fit and have fun!!ud83dudcaaud83cudffd

This studio is so big and so clean!!! The location is great but more importantly the exercises are excellent . MWF is cardio and Tuesday Thursday is strength which is my fav.
