During COVID, I froze my account on multiple occasions and I did not have any issues at all. At last, I cancelled my membership and the lady on the phone was polite and courteous in explaining the process of cancelling. We all know too well how things could go when attempting to cancel any membership, so I am glad this location did a nice job when hiring their staff.
I’ve been coming to this LA fitness for almost a year and the environment has always been great here. Also , one of the janitorial-staff named Kameela has always been friendly and kept the place so fresh for others to use the equipment during these challenging times. Highly recommend!
I usually go to the Stone Mountain location but I live near this location so I decided to try working out here.. i didn't see staff disinfecting and wiping down anything at ALL!! BATHROOM smelled like urine so they could be cleaning it I really appreciate the Stone Mountain location the staff greets you and the duration of my 60-90 min workout the staff is constantly disinfecting the equipment and bathroom. Covid-19 is not over i hope the home office gets this and sets the standard to higher than I experienced
It's a good gym except it needs new equipment and and more staff for cleaning especially the ladies locker room and more weights, the weight rack is almost empty and you cant find any with out walking the whole gym. The treadmill are out dated.
