This gym is amazing! Extreme Fitness is low-key...no pretentious people posing in front of mirrors. Nice change from those other big gyms! Gideon is one of the kindest people I know. He gives you the personal attention you want from a trainer. He listens to you and your body. I've been with him for many years. He will give you the results you want!!! I call him my Biggest Loser trainer - his positivity is contagious and you can't help but want to workout with him! Can't say enough good things!
