The trainers are great. Even when I wasn’t motivated to give my all during a workout when I look up and see them pushing everyone it made me want to work harder. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly suggest them
Having every other machine blocked off is great to help with social distancing but also pointless when half of the people in there aren’t wearing a mask. I went at night and thought it was pretty ridiculous that you have all these signs “requiring” masks and also the advertising to pull you back in. Not one employee even bothered to ask them to put on a mask. Definitely cancelling again.
Great facility, spacious, and clean. But, extremely unprofessional and rude customer service staffs at the front desk. To name just one incident, recently I was berrated, demeaned and shouted by one of them literally within seconds of entering the facility and at the front desk, to have my QR code from the Planet Fitness app on my phone scanned, and rudely told to step aside to make way for the next member behind me before I was done. I was shocked so demanded for a supervisor, who listened but declined to honor my request for explanation and apology from the staff that mistreated me.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is clean and hygienic which is important during these times.
The gym seems atmosphere seems nice, however having equipment like this is unacceptable. For one, it’s on its last leg, and secondly it’s a safety issue. Regardless of location, the gyms equipment should always be inspected and in good standards for constant use.
