Everytime Ive gone here for my prescriptions, I've had issues.n1. They tell me it's ready for pickup and approved by the insurance. It never is when I get there.n2. Im in pain and cant even pay out of pocket sometimes. Doesn't make any sense.n3. I get texts saying prescription(s) are ready and there will only be one available. This has happened (3x).
One of the managers was rude to me once. I've been going to this location for years about twice a week. I now make less frequent trips because I don't wanna deal with that rude lady/manager.
Walgreens has always been go to store for all medications....and other items as well.
This is the worst managed Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The drive thru pharmacy is never less than a 15 minute wait. Always backed up with only one person helping the customer. Inside is the same way at the pharmacy window. As people waiting with only one person to help while there are three others behind the counter doing other things. The waiting customer does not take presidence . Too bad!!! Also there always “working on it” and o it often isn’t ready and we have to return. Please do something!
Was quoted 30 minutes for order to he ready: came back through the line 40 minutes later only to hear they were having issue. One might expect to receive a phone to clear up the issue. Ohhhh no, not them, instead I was told to wait 20 more minutes
