Do not go here for a flu shot. I went today and waited 45 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me she couldn’t run my insurance, I got the insurance company on the phone to walk her through it and she still couldn’t do it. They wasted an hour of my time and no flu shot. Terrible. Do not go there.

Pharmacy won’t answer the phone. Will keep putting you on hold. Gave up after 30 minutes. I’m sure that’s what they want for you to do. Give up.

I want to say that the pharmacist named Joe is as helpful as policy allows. Understanding that the staff does not set the rules is key.

If you are high risk for COVID-19 do not enter this store! My husband went in to the pharmacy and 3 of the 4 employees in the pharmacy were not wearing their masks. He went to the store in person because he held for 45 minutes on the phone and no one would answer.

CVS has been great for me. Mail Department Pharmacist went the extra mile and Landis Lakes Lakes Middletown, KY has been helpful and courteous.
