Long waits to pick up meds called in by urgent care. Not fault of staff. Definitely not enough employment:pharmacists to handle volume of work. One Pharmacist to fill scrips, give dots is not enough. No one in charge of prioritizing workload. Workspace a disaster. Don’t know how they find anything. Staff use unglued hands to grab pills from large canister to place in script container. Quality D-

The system went down when I came in for a COVID test. I don't live near the location so I called to make sure everything was running before driving back out there. No answer for 30 minutes so I gave up. I am not shocked the virus is spreading with places giving little to no importance in stopping the spread.

Showed up for COVID test with a confirmation email, and I had received a reminder text an hour before my appointment. Sat in line for over thirty minutes only to be told I wasn't in the system when I got to the window. Showed them my confirmation email and text but no help whatsoever. Was only told to make another appointment - why in the world would i do that if he first one can't be kept? Do not waste your time, especially if your need for a test is urgent. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Took 35 minutes to answer phone in pharmacy. This is at least the third time this has happened!!! Hire more people, CVS

The pharmacy employee that helped me on the phone was so nice and helpful. My prescription was out of stock at all the pharmacies around me. So I called the crestwood CVS and they didnt have it either. But the lady working there looked up the inventory of all the CVS stores around and gave me all their phone numbers. the middletown cvs was one of the few pharmacies to carry my medicine. The employee on the phone transferred my prescription quickly and personally called me back to inform me that it was a successful transfer. She also loaded my insurance info and prescription coupon over the phone. The medicine was transferred and ready for pickup in under and hour. Thank you so much. yall were awesome!
