This was a heartbreaking experience. I made an appointment at a slit second to get a covid test after being dismissed from work for a coworker I work close with testing positive for covid. I have a baby at home and this is a very scary experience and I know so many who have lost their lives to this disease. I understand having a strict time limit for appointments set however the customer service was the worst. They basically told me I couldn’t come if I’m more than 5 mins late. I told her according to my GPS I was 8 mins away and she said “sorry we can’t see you!” So now I’m sitting here in my car trying to figure out what to do being I do not want to spread Covid to anyone including my family and our baby. I know times are hard however the medical professionals are just cold hearted. This was such a turn off I feel like I would just deal with Wal-greens going forward.

I’ve never waited so long at a pharmacy. Prescription called in at 3 from the doctor’s office, came to the pharmacy, was told 15 minutes, waited over an hour. The staff were very kind and working hard, I think they need more staff

They don’t accept return on product that’s not cvs brand even though you bought there and cvs sticker on. Will never shop at any cvs again

Horrible location do not go here to get tested for #covid they system is always down they take about 45mins to deal with you its jus Horrible
