Xpert Tax Service has taken great care of me for the last 3 years. I was referred by my mom who has used Gwen for her taxes for over 10 years! She is so knowledgeable in everything business and tax related. I have now referred several friends and colleagues to her and they are equally satisfied. My only regret is not going to her sooner!

Average but not great tax service.nIf all is basic & well with your taxes , they will successfully file them & likely get you a return . BUT , If you have any real questions , issues with the return or IRS the help you receive is “callnThe IRS”. It’s is now 2021, we have yet to receive our filing from 2020 after contacting this office all year , presenting letters sent from irs ; the response remains , call them . The biggest kicker is how they charge your account automatic draft after so many weeks of not getting your return which is where they were suppose to be paid from.nSo we have no taxes , now hundreds of dollars short for paying them & will never be returning to this business .nIf you own a business or want someone who can actually assist you if you have issues : do not go here .
