These people DO NOT respect other people’s time. I had an appointment with Mrs. Pauline at 12:00pm and at 12:41pm, still no appointment. Someone was allowed to take my appointment. Due to COVID there were no more seats. I was told to sit in my car, which was fine by me. I watched as my tax accountant came outside and was on the phone as she passed the phone to someone as the conversation ended. Mind you, I’m parked IN FRONT OF THE STORE and I’m looking dead at her. Not once did she motion for me to come inside or that she was ready for me, and unfortunately I did not develop super powers to read minds. 5 more minutes went by before I finally walked in and asked if they forgot about me and the lady at the front desk with the terrible lace wig proceeds to tell me “we couldn’t find you, we didn’t see you in the car” I said “wow.” Long story short I went off in the classiest way possible; if you don’t respect my time, I have no respect for you. Find someone else to do your taxes. The whole office is bad for business. They keep telling you they will be ready in 10 minutes, next thing you know 30 minutes goes by.

I love this location everyone is nice and helpful! And MRS.APRILL’E MADDOX is amazing! She made sure I understood all the paperwork , she’s very helpful and nice! I will be back to this location next year!
