My husband and I have been going to Jerome for years. He is dedicated and very knowledgeable about all of our tax needs. He’s even helped when we moved out of the state and when we started our own business. He is always a call away to assist us with our needs. I trust him because he is fair and gives us good advice. We have family members who does taxes but we still go to Jerome because he doesn’t JUST prepare taxes but he’s a seasoned CPA that does so much more and that makes a big difference to us.

I went back to Mr. Chavis at NTRC Accounting and Tax Services for the second year in a row because I wholeheartedly trust his professional knowledge. I have gotten refunds beyond my expectations both times. Most importantly, he educates me about taxes. This year my children were filing for the first time, and I truly appreciate that Mr. Chavis took the time to counsel them about how taxes affect single young folks and other financial lessons. Personal touches like these don't come around often.
