Very rude. After driving all day and needing a place to camp for the night, I pulled off thinking this looked like a nice and convenient spot. There was a sign to the entrance but no sign where to check in. After driving around looking for the office, a lady on a golf cart came up on me with no lights and drove out right out in front of me and switched on her lights. I accidentally hit the horn because I thought I was going to run into her. She sped up next to me and instead of directing me where to go, she immediately began interrogating me. Do you live here? What are you doing? I've been watching you drive around this whole time! It was insane. I told her I had been driving all day and needed a place to set up my tent for the night and she told me to get off the property and don't come back. Don't worry, I won't. And hopefully no one else wastes their time here either. I'm glad she wasn't armed because she seemed like the type to shoot first and ask questions later. She might be better off as a guard dog and not the welcoming committee.

This is a great little park! We overnighted on our way south, so we were only here about 10 total hours. Hook ups were great with no issues, sites were large and easy to access (they are all pull through and gravel, just fyi). My husband said the bathhouse was clean, but he was the only one of us who used it. There is a lot of interstate noise and the occasional train coming by, but it wasn't enough to keep us awake...it was more like white noise. Ms. Juanita was wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again if we need a stopping point on 75!

Thankful I called ahead to reserve a site for the night, as I did not arrive until 9:40 pm. Staff on phone was very friendly; loved her laugh ud83dude04. Park info was left for me to pick up. LOVED that the lots were SO large with ample space between campers! ❤ The park was quiet overnight for it being Halloween. Plenty of space to walk my beagle the following morning ud83dudc3e.nAlthough the park is adjacent to a busy highway, the noise did not disturb my sleep at all.
