My child has been on the Heron Bay swim team for three years. The coaches this year are horrible! They sit curled up in chairs with little to no instruction for their swimmers. The brunette can’t stay off her cell phone. She only moves to walk into the supply closet to talk on her phone otherwise she’s texting behind a clipboard. These two girls talk and giggle while kids are in the pool struggling.ud83dude24nOnly 2 weeks into the season and I already regret spending my money. Coach Devin, Tori, and others cared enough to at least walk the perimeter of the pool to monitor their swimmers!nnOwner/Manager of Advanced Aquatics, Can we have coaches that are mature and interested in growing swimmers?
