The chicken texture seemed like the chicken was cooked a week ago, and reheated several times. The fries were not even good. How hard is it to cook fries. I may try something different next time. I have to give their wings two thumbs down. They were horrible.

This cashier last week had someone go off on her for being rude. This time i guess it was my turn for her to be rude. My food was incorrect and she decided to get an attitude with me about it. I asked for the managers name or contact and I was told that she didn't have to get me any information or ways to express my grievances. She initially asked the cooks to redo my food, but instantly got frustrated with me and told them to stop correcting the mistake. I literally stood in a business that I patronize on the regular (at least twice a week) and watched a woman get physically aggressive with me behind the counter. Needless to say this would be my last visit to this WNB wings and I will be making a review on every platform available. Hospitality is a must and it should be taught and trained to all staff.

As a member of management for the company that I work for, we value own customer and take Customer Service very seriously. I would give this place a zero, but have to give them a one to complete this review. With all the restaurants closing due to this pandemic, I would think that Great Customer Service would the number one goal. But that is not the case in this place. The Customer Service is horrible, and the Store Manager's ability to manage this store and employees is worse. Even While having a conversation with the manager about my concerns of the employee being rude and disrespectful, the employee kept interrupting. I have been to this restaurant many times before today was my last. I will be going to J.R. CRICKETS or PACIFIC DELI in the same parking lot. They cost a little more, but the Customer service is worth it.nKing R.A.W.

first time at this WNB LOCATION, nice clean space customer Service 10/10 appreciative that the cashier Michelle was really helpful & patient with me over the phone. I chose the 10 pc and the fried rice and it was a awesome choice. I will be back!!!

If your looking for cheerful and willing to help cashiers , this isn't the spot. The young lady at the register is rude and unaware that this is the way she gets paid. I'll stay with Chick-fil-A or American deli for my chicken needs. My first and last time at this establishment.
