the food was the best I have had at any IHOP ever (5 decades). I had a meeting to attend and they saddest in an area to give us more privacy. We got extra service and attention from the manager to make sure that our dining experience was enjoyable and we were being attended to.

This IHOP is good but extremely slow.

Upon entering IHOP greetings good quick to be seated and the host took my drink order along with the Manager following up to see if my order was taken. When my order arrived I noticed the the Manager bought the grits out with his thumb inside the bowl wow thinking to myself this unacceptable. He wiped off the excess grits on his pants. He apologized and wanted to do over but I had a long wait and didn't want to spend anymore time waiting. No discount was asked or what he could do to make up for the lack of service.

My server, Dijion, was pleasant. Food was good for most part. Kitchen seemed to be backed up. Server's pleasantry at end of meal also made up for meal issues. Host was also pleasant.n03/07/21

Stopped by for a late breakfast. The place was busy, very busy with customers for both take out and dining in. The manager juggle all of the front end duties alone. He was calm and courteous.
