I ordered a pizza today at around 3:30pm, it’s currently 8:41pm. I received a call around 6:44pm asking if I could just come get the pizza... I requested delivery for a reason. I then called back for an update on my order and they stated that my order was sent out 2 hours ago and I should be getting it soon. This is ridiculous... y’all are quick to take people money but don’t even bring their food.
Every Time I order from this restaurant all I get is problems... They quick to take your money but slow af to bring your food if they even do..
This was my 2nd time ordering at this pizza hut within two weeks and I won't be back! My order wasn't ready on time both times and I waited a hour after my pick-up time the 2nd visitud83eudd26ud83cudffe my order wasn't right the pizza wasn't cut even after I asked them to please cut even and they forgot to put my crust flavor on both times! Just a bad food experience however the staff was nice and friendly just didn't know how to handle the operation. I love pizza hut that location need a new staff!
Service was horrible! We sat outside the store and placed an online order for a heart-shaped pizza at 9: 40 pm which said it would be ready by 10:10 pm. My mom placed an order for a personal pan pizza before me. We came into the store at 10:15 and was told they didn't even have our order. So it had not even began to be made. They eventually found our order. I finally received my pizza at 11:05 and it was horrible. It was a half burned piece of paper with pepperoni thrown on top. I wouldn't have fed that to my dog. The manager came out and after yelling at her employees in front of everyone said she'd remake the pizza herself. After having to ask 3 more times about it, I finally received my regularly shaped pizza at 12:10. There's no reason why I should have spent 2 hours of my life ordering a pizza. Every customer that came in while I was waiting had their orders messed up or never put in. The attitudes of the young workers clearly showed they didn't care. I think everyone from Management on down either needs to be retrained or let go. And after all of that, my Mom was charged twice for her pizza! ud83dude21ud83dude21
Placed an order. (Over 2hours)Someone called and said it was on the way and they were behind only for the restaurant to completely close with no notification no refund . Just shut this location down bc no correct manager runs it apparently. I then had to call the store 7 day later later still not receiving a refund. Only to get told that I would have to give my card information over the phone to receive my refund which I don't feel comfortable doing. Now I have to go the store and get my refund. I will never order from here again. When I asked why it was refunded the day if the purchase , I was informed that the staff probably got busy and cashed out my order and forgot. This order was placed March 17th. I'm not sure what type of management was working that night but I was told by a female manager that I would receive my refund within 7 days
