I love my hair the visit was professional. I got butterfly locs and when I tell you they’re so detailed and neat I recommend you go here if you’re interested in the style I got. Staff is amazing and the owner is so sweet and was professional from the time I booked til the time I got my hair done.
Toya did an amazing job! I will definitely see her in 6-8 weeks. I'm not an avid braids person but the painless and fast way she did my knotless...yes, honey!
My review is too long to post. But to sum it up the owner Gelisa is extremely unprofessional (as you see with her responses to some of these reviews) For someone that has been in business allegedly for 20 years she has aweful customer service experience and doesn't know how to talk or treat people. I will try to upload my review as a picture. I will absolutely NEVER return to this place.nnEdit to add. Im not even going to take the time to read your paragraph you responded with once I read that first lie. Hiring a 17 year old child to do 2 heads of hair alone and to close your shop at midnight alone. You left a 17 year old who clearly was not experienced enough to deal with every hair texture hence why my child's hair came out so horrible. I was never going to bring that up because my issue with you was your lack of professionalism with scheduling and instead of apologizing you verbally attack. I messaged you the next day. You are unbelievable.
I like the way you tell the other side of the story people come on here and post their reviews but they leave out a lot of things it’s always 2 sides to a story. I support you and I love my braids. In the last review you see how the lady said she don’t want to right a paragraph and she not gone read your paragraph cause her guilt is real not only that why wait 4 months after her appointment to come back and give a review smh some people are just miserable and need their axx beat bump her keep doing your thing one monkey don’t stop nobodies show
My butterfly locs are beautiful so pretty. The shop was very clean they check temperatures when you come in and everybody had on a mask. Customer service I give 10 out of 0-10. I did observe 1 client came in and she had a attitude with the front desk lady because she did not read everything on their booking site but that’s her fault for not reading ppl shouldn’t get mad at the business because they didn’t read. Other than that my visit was amazing I’m going back.
