Tamara gave my 5 year old his first cut today. She walked him through the process, he even cut the very first snip! She made sure he was comfortable! New customer we are very satisfied with her service!
Detailed cuts at a great price. I go to Tamara for my boys. She’s the best! Fast chair time, great with kids and perfection with all hair types.
Horrible customer service from Rob. He feels like he is entitled to his CUSTOMERS and they don't have a say as to when and how they are serviced by him. I know my $20(with tip)for my 8yr old grandson's haircut may not put him out of business he doesn't have worry about it again EVER. Business is business and professionalism is professionalism and I didn't see EITHER of them there.....
I just went in this place, said Good morning nobody said hello. I asked for a business card from the 2 men there or maybe social media to see pics of their work. They both said no and the last barber in the back was rude, I couldn’t even finish my sentence & he was shaking his head No...and the barber asked if I worked for the FBI ud83dude29..meanwhile I have on gym clothes coming from the gym next door. I’m just trying to get my sons hair cut, show him some pics..So said this level of ignorance exist. I recently moved to the area and trying to support local businesses but I’ll never return here again.
When I walked into the location in Lovejoy it was packed so I walked out, Tamara came and grabbed me telling me she would take my boys and only had a couple heads ahead of them. She knocked them out so quick and did a great job! I will continue to go back to her and become a regular!
