Hello Jan,nI just wanted to thank you and the entire maintenance crew for expeditiously getting me another clothes dryer. I am truly appreciative and just would like to commend the whole entire Belmont leasing office and maintenance crew. Anytime I have an issue you all handle it professionally and quickly. The maintenance request is easy and simple to submit and since day one I have never been ignored or dismissed like some of these other apt communities do to their residents. Been here for a year and a half . This place is absolutely amazing. They have great amenities, plenty of parking, very quiet, great neighbors, and amazing office staff, especially Jan who has been a tremendous help since the day I came to tour the apartments. No complaints at all!

Belmont Crossing has an excellent staff. Enjoy staying here.. very peaceful environment. Tracy, Tracy, Jamal, Jan... and the maintenance crew... are all excellent would change them for many thing. I love how they know all of there resident.

I've been a resident for almost a month and I can honestly say everything has been amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and very accommodating. Even when I came in for a tour, it immediately felt like home. Special shout out to Jan; she's the leasing agent who assisted me with my application and movie-in process. Jan is wonderful, so polite, and very thorough.nnThe community is safe and quiet. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their residents. Looking forward to staying here for at least two years!

Living here was really enjoyable, not like any apartment that I've lived in in Atlanta. The staff was extremely kind from when I was applying to even after I moved out. Shout out to Jan for being the sweetest woman, I stayed there for 12 months and she always remembered my name! I remember that we were having financial issues and they worked with us to make arrangements.They have events for the residents sometimes and send emails about criminal activity. It's a very quiet neighborhood and they have a zero tolerance policy for smoking. The only thing I didn't like were the wooden floors that didn't feel realistic, the commute to the city (an hour on bus), and the gas stoves (note, they don't use electrical ones so you have to pay extra for gas). We also had pipes burst twice but maintenance usually came the same day to fix it. They are pet friendly and have a dog park. The marta stop is close by and they have a lot of stores close by. I definitely recommend this place and it seems like a good for those that like peace and quiet.
