I received box braids and they weren’t even and she pushed me out of the store I paid midway before my hair was done which is cool but I gave her 180 but the price of the braids were 170 and she owed me 10 dollars I guess because it was closing time she wanted to kick me out quickly but she still owed me the 10 dollars I realized and I knocked on the door twice and no one answered and then I tried to call and she sent me to voicemail twice so make sure you have exact cash please
The owner did my daughters knotless braids and she did such an amazing job. She was very sweet and very gentle on my daughters head and especially around her edges. It was unbelievable how super fast she braids!!!!!! I will not trust any one else to do my daughters hair from now on. I will be a returning customer and I can’t wait to come back to get my knotless braids done. Thank you
Great customer service. The owner is very polite and friendly. Called around to other places in the area, and not one was as welcoming as her. I highly recommend this shop. Also, the work is very high-quality.
Worse customer service ever. Had to pay before I got my hair done. The style wasn’t what I asked for, she was rude and I’m only on my second day and my hair style looks two weeks old! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save your money and your time.
