Went at 9pm. Store closes at 11pm. Was told by a workout standing outside that there is barely chicken left and no sandwiches...nnI don’t believe this establishment would have little product for the last 2 hours of operation. I think it’s a ploy to not make food the last 2 hours of work so they wouldn’t have to do any work. But that’s just me... better go when they “should” have product available.
Went today and waited a total of 1 hour and 8 minutes from the time I got in line until I received my food. I understand a long line of people but there has to be a better way, that’s not fast food. The employees were very nice and the chicken tenders were hot and fresh. Out of sweet tea, and most of the drinks on menu. How does that happen, must do better.
Love Popeyes. First time at this store, and it was seriously horrible. Spicy Chicken sandwich was greasy, the sauce was disgustingly bitter. My sprite was mostly water. One star is too much.
Disappointed! Used mobile app. They like to offer its use. Receipt showed what was ordered. The order was not ready, had to wait 20 minutes, no condiments included, and had to wait ten minutes for those. Ordered two chicken breasts but instead got an extra thigh and extra wings. Red beans and rice I really like but this time, the rice was not fully cooked. I am going to stay away from them for a while.
They can't get out order right last two times! Ordered 12pc tender special. Got all the sauces and sides but when we opened box we had fried chicken. 1st of all we don't eat dark meat and had to throw it out. I was so disappointed. I called the 1-800 number left my message and no one did it said a thing.
