I'm from North Carolina where Hardee's begin this one doesn't rate that high
The food was good, they got my order wrong but i was also in a hurry
Currently on a road trip wanting to be on the road. Decided to stretch my legs by walking into the location. Service was ok but it took them forever, we will definitely not recommend this location if anyone wants fast food. We should have gone across the street to get a faster service. Young girl kept going to the restroom female was working nonstop to get our food. A man walked in from somewhere and did not do anything. No wonder there parking lot was empty. We recommend to take your money somewhere elsewhere.nnUpdate on food it was good at least
I rarely do fast food but just started traveling through this area on a regular basis. I have visited this Hardee's twice. The first time was a late night visit and the food was decent but the customer service wasn't the best. The girl wasn't rude but nor was she polite. Today the young man that took my order was polite and efficient. The food was fresh and hot. I was on my way to work when I ordered and I really appreciated this good experience before starting a shift.
Our food took a while when we stopped here on a road trip, but the very friendly staff explained right away that they would be making everything fresh as it was late at night. The food was great and the employee very nice. Great experience here for us!
