We love Marco’s pizza, but we’re thoroughly disappointed with this location. We’ve continued to give them the benefit of the doubt a handful of times, and it’s continued to be disappointing.nnWe placed an order for delivery on 1/10 at 6:51pm. Email confirmation stated an estimated 45 minute wait for delivery, and confirmation page said estimated delivery time to be 7:37pm. About 15 minutes later, we check the tracking and it updates to say that they will start making our order at 8:00pm now. WHAT?! My husband called the store to confirm this, and offer to pick it up instead if that was indeed in the case. The employee stated that no, that is incorrect and our original wait time should be what our email stated, and that they didn’t know why their system was saying that. Well, here we are at 8:10pm, and the tracking says they are just now making our order, and that our estimated delivery time is now 8:40pm.nnWe’ve run into this issue before. Sometimes, the store will even call to let us know they’re running behind so that we can come pick it up instead of having to wait that long. This time we were just far out lied to, and are still waiting for a pizza almost two hours later. Bummed is an understatement.

It's more expensive than your regular pizza places but well worth it. Everything I have tried from Marco's has been exceptional.

Never disappointed ever since i submitted my feedback through their survey link. Orders are made right, and on time. Mobile App could use some work up.

I really like Marcos pizza, but the location in Pooler has been really bad at enforcing mask wearing. Every time I go in or walk by at least half of the staff behind the counter either has no mask on at all or is wearing their masks below their nose.
