They have pretty good cheese sticks but I’ve placed two orders from them and the first one my toppings slid off during delivery. I tried to call and no one answered the phone so I was jipped. The second order I payed a $2 up charge to get a pan pizza when a regular pizza was delivered. Also, no icing on my cinnamon rolls. Again, I could not reach anyone so I was just out for 3 pizzas and 2 cinnamon rolls.

My family loves Pizza Hut because no matter which state we move to there’s always a Pizza Hut. However very little customer Service lives in Georgia and we’re learning from experience. I ordered food for delivery, which arrived 30 minutes late. When we received our food the box was smashed. The food shows it’s been dropped and my order of wings were missing. I called the location in which as I’m typing I’m still on hold for a manager, it’s been 20 minutes. No one has responded to me. I called from my daughters phone to tie up the lines to get a manager on the phone and now I’m on hold on from two different lines. I will not spend anymore money with Pizza Hut as a whole thanks to this experience. I’m beyond disappointed!

The customer service was amazing! We never order Pizza Hut for some reason (I just forget it’s right there on highway 80) but tonight it was nearing 11:30PM & I tried to order from another place but they wouldn’t answer the phone so I thought we’d give the Hut a try. The girls working there were so sweet. I got a call saying they didn’t have a delivery driver and asked if I could pick it up so I ended up going to get it but that wasn’t their fault, and I received a discount for the inconvenience. When I arrived at the store they weren’t upset that I ordered so late and provided all my food with a smile and apologized for not having a driver (apparently an employee quit on that shift). And the food was delish!! Thank you for feeding a hungry couple who work late hours and don’t have many options for late night food!

Ordered a dinner box a few night ago. When the order was delivered, the boneless wings were completely raw on the inside. Called Pizza Hut and had to be placed on hold 4-5 times before I was actually able to speak to someone to tell them about the problem. They offered to replace the wings. When the new wings were delivered, they were not the correct flavor. Very very frustrating!
