Delivery is hit and miss. I live 10 minutes away. Driver went down Pooler parkway and past 16. Turned around and came back. 10 minutes turned into 35. Told her to take it back. Idiotic driver.
Our guest have to wait almost two hours for a pizza from a place that is literally less than 20 minutes away. I have a guest now who is waiting and a quality check was done at 9:18pm yet it is now almost 1030 and uts still in a quality check. We constantly send our guest your direction and you all fail almost every time and please start answering your phone. I know they are sitting there ignoring the phone or not caring. This is ridiculous
The pizza is too thin, the customer service is very off. The food was just horrible all together. The delivery takes almost a hour and then the food be cold when they bring it. A major NO NO for me. The chicken barley have any sauce on it. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Placed an order at 6:24 and estimated wait time was 100-110 minutes. At 8:45 my husband left to drive up there to get it. Called the store three times and was on hold for over ten minutes each time with no answer. Unfortunately I already paid. We can’t even cancel the order because no one will pick up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
The costumer service here is so slow and the employees are very disrespectful. I sit and wait hours and hours on my food and it shows up cold everytime! I always have to take my food back and they don’t offer anything but a remake or credit towards your next order. This is unacceptable. I will not order from here after today!
