Lisa C is just the best stylist you could get. She pays extreme attention to details and completely honest about style options. But at the end, I dont think you can get a better fade with another stylist. Hands down, THE BEST! She has the experience, the carisma, great eye for details, perfectionist and the hands that can do a real masterpiece.
My experience wasn't that bad. I received a decent haircut. I would like to ask what is the point of having the staff wear masks, if they aren't going to wear then correctly. My stylist had hers under her nose for the duration of my cut. I was going to start bringing my boys to sports clips but after this story my wife wants to explore other options.
Quick and easy place to get a haircut. Checked in online and they were pretty close to the expected time of arrival. The gentlemen that cut my hair did a great job and very friendly.
I have used Sports Clips in other locations for probably 10 years now. Primarily in the Raleigh, NC area. I do live in Pooler and have been using this location for a couple of years now and every time I go there I am unhappy. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I go in and the system is down so I have to use cash. So I go across the street go to the ATM and get charged, then go back across the street to sports clips. Now I sit down, check-in and wait. While I'm waiting one of the stylists are teaching one of the other stylists which scissors are for cutting the clients hair......if you don't see the issue there then I'm sorry. 20 minutes later the they finish that clients and he leaves. Now there is one guy that had been sitting getting his haircut for 45 minutes while that stylist goes back and forth to help the other lady....there are 3 stylists in the store. One is writing stuff/pulling stuff off of a chalk board maybe? The second one is literally moving at a snail's place to clean up her station, AND drawing eyes on her locker, literally while I'm sitting and waiting to get my haircut. Overall, take it how you want it. So, I left and went to Great Clips. They did an okay job, but the point is I won't be going to this location anymore and they lost a lifetime client. Moral of the story, just do your job.
Lisa C. Came highly recommended by a friend... she did not disappoint. Will be taking my kids soon. Great environment and really nice people. Very welcoming experience. Looking forward to coming back and having Lisa C give one of my kids his first haircut!
