Ray came to my house to work on my RV...multiple items. Paid him over $600 for the work. He had to order my roof vents and said that it would take about a week. After a week, I called to check the status. He never returned my call. I called multiple times over the next week to find out where my vents were...that I already paid him for (along with installation). He never answered...and never returned my call. After several weeks I called him from a different number. He answered immediately. I told him who I was and asked him where my vents were. He hung up on me. I texted him and told him that I was going to report him to the BBB and write a bad review. This guy does not care. He can keep my $$ for the vents and installation. I will never let this guy touch my RV again. You shouldn't either!!! -Steve Sherman

I am a rental manager for an RV dealer in Connecticut. I had a renter with a generator issue on the way to Savannah. I contacted Ray in the afternoon asking him to be on stand-by as my renter would not reach Savannah until later in the evening. As soon as I called him, he was on his way to meet the renter and diagnose the problem. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way. The fix was quick and unbelievably reasonable in price considering the after-hours time frame. I wish I could give more stars because Ray deserves them! Thank you so much!

Ray is the most nondependable, noncaring, untrustworthy, lying person, I think I have ever met. We were in Rincon, GA the weekend of Christmas. With temps in the 20s, our furnace went out. We called Ray and he called us back and said he thought he could fix it and would come to us. He texted 3 more times during day promising he was coming. What could be so important that he could not call or text us that he was not coming? We could have tried to find someone else or we could have tried to purchase a space heater if he had not kept promising to come. What kind of person does that? I would not depend on him. If he would lie to us, he will lie to you!

Ray met us when we were having a bit of an emergency on the side of the road, and then we planned to use him to fix our plumbing. We thought he was great and helpful. However, Despite numerous phone calls and messages, they have never gotten back to us and now it appears they have blocked our number!! What the heck? Not reliable. Moving on to someone legit.
