Frames n' Games

Great place for the family. Nice lanes, good size arcade room, nice pool table area and a nice bar. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Kids and I enjoy going a couple times a month. It would seriously be a good place for a 1st date too! Many restaraunts close by and a movie theater.

*edit to add- got to go play some games in the arcade and play laser tag. Half the games were out of order and the laser tag field is pretty small. But in at the end of the day, we all had a good time.nnOnly gone for the bowling but was fun. A little pricey but a good time.

Bowling way too high

I brought my family here to play and relax after being indoors for months. The children played laser tag, a game cards each(6 kids) and 1 hour of bowling. I order a drink from the bar the bartender Emily sold me and friends a 7-10 split which was very good and so we decided to order another drink I asked that Emily not put a ton of ice in my drink as she did last time. She than made me a drink and added a lot of extra juice. I asked her if she could make it over because it was extremely sweet and tasted like a V8 she said she couldn't and went to ask a Manger name Nathaniel. Nathaniel than comes over to say I would need to purchase a shot that it's there policy to not make a drink over and that she was only adding juice to make the cup look full. I yet again explained I did not ask for extra juice but asked for less ice. I again stated he couldn't do anything to fix it. I had also just ordered food and asked to cxl he than tells me I couldn't cxl because my food was in the fryer. He than quickly got my food and the friends I was with ordered before me and yet they gave me my food 1st. He did not want to refund me for anything. This is the worst customer service from and to top it off he stated he's been a bartender for 15+ yrs and that's the customer gets that all the time. Nathaniel clearly doesn't understand taking care of their customers and I won't ever visit here again. Nor will my friends and family he list more than he gained today.

Cons- The seats are uncomfortable. The balls need larger finger holes. The alcoholic drinks are expensive (but so are the ones next door at the other bowling alley). The slushies get watered down too quick.. & prices here are weird. Not adequate space between you and the next lane (seating).nnPros- It was still fun.
