My visit at this H&R Block location was very pleasant. I scheduled an appointment prior to going and when I arrived, a nice woman greeted me. After just a few minutes I was shown to my tax preparer, Rockelle. She was amazing & very personable. I will definitely be using them & her when tax season rolls back around.
