Waited about 20 minutes for someone to even take our order even though they kept looking at us. Would not tell us they would be with us in a moment or nothing. Quick at getting the food, but found a short blonde strand of hair in our food. Very displeased with the service today.

Came here with my daughter recently to get breakfast at 8am (sign says lobby opens at 6am) and was told by the manager I had to go through the drive thru. I informed her that my window was broken and won't go down and her excuse is she doesn't have a cashier so I have no other choice. This isn't the first time something like this has happened either. In January I came here on a Friday at 630pm to grab something on the way home and was told by workers they're closed early because they didn't have a cook. Idk who is in charge here but they obviously don't know how to run a business

No issues with food, just service. We waited for 10 minutes in the empty drive thru, then waited an additional 25 minutes for food. I understand that the food takes time to cook, that's fine. The associate did not give us our receipts, said nothing when handing us our food, and was all around unpleasant during our visit.

Delivered a door dash order to a worker named Raven T. As we waited for her to prepare another order we were picking up we witnessed her with her hands down the back of her pants, we also witnessed another employee drop something in the floor and pick it up and place directly into a customer's drink and hand it to them through the drive through window. She was rude and incompetent to customers right in front of her manager who did and said nothing. We waited for 20 minutes for an order of 3 items. Steer clear from this establishment, unless you want pink eye or e coli. They are seemingly not made to wash their hands or wear gloves.

Short burger in happy meal. When we finally got the burger it had cheese on it. Ordered unsweetened tea. It was sweet . ordered 6 piece. Nugget ask for extra sauce. Was told only one sauce to 4 nuggets. Ordered 6 nuggets. He said still only one sauce unless you want to give be 27 cents. Was not going to use card for that amount. The male server was very rude.
