Completely hit or miss. Sometimes I make an order and it's the best zaxby's around, other times, like about 18 hours ago, it's 12 dollars for a 6 piece boneless wings and things only to get home and have cold fries with no seasoning, and only 3 boneless wings and 3 tenders. They did at least use the correct tossing sauces that I asked for though, so I guess there's that. I admit I should have checked my order before making the 12 minutes drive home, but I shouldn't have to. They should competent enough to give me what I asked for, especially considering the prices they charge. It's not like I ever order 1 sandwich and then give me 2 by mistake. Their mistakes are always to my detriment. I probably could have called and driven back up there and have the issue resolved, but it's a 12 minute drive. So 12 there and 12 back. Now I spend another 12 there and 12 back, and they have cost me almost an hour of my day, because they were incapable of correctly filling my order, and once again, I'm betting I wouldn't have gotten anything extra for my time.... always to the detriment of the customer.

came here Monday after a long stressful drive from I-75 Southbound! the service was great, food is great, and even the bathrooms are great! one issue I will claim is that the wait took a while to get the food and drinks! yes, I am aware that people don't wanna burn themselves, but we've got kids out there who have school the next day! try to improve on speed when you've got them starving! but overall, amazing service

I visit this location very often & the food is always incredible. It's fresh, hot, & delicious. However, I can't give 5 stars because if there's more than 3 cars in the drive thru, you're going to wait 15 minutes or more, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Didn't get to complete my order I was ordering for 4 people after the second order the cashier gave me a total and said pull to the window, then they try shoving the food out the window almost spilling it on us in our car. I ended up going to another restaurant down the street for my other 2 people that I needed to feed then I get home only to find that what I had ordered from zaxby was wrong. Zaxby has lost me as a customer
