We are so pleased with our decision to send our daughter to The Children's Village. Positive from the start, I loved the communication. Before we moved, I called and placed her on the wait list, I got a call no more than two weeks later saying there was room in August for her. When I moved mid-July, I visited the school and her paperwork packet was ready to go. She came two weeks later and had no problems transitioning into the program. Her teachers are amazing, they provide great care for her and her classmates. I've seen nothing but positive child/staff relations, my child loves to go to school and play with her friends. All the teachers, even those from other rooms always say hello to her and smile. The owners and management work very hard on creating a play-as-work environment which was very important to me, coming from a Goddard environment. The rooms are set up wonderfully for each development level. Management and staff are always willing to answer any questions we have and are very respectful about front-loading any changes to our child's room. The owners and managers work very hard to create a positive family environment throughout the school.

We have been taking our foster-son here for several months now and have had absolutely no issues to speak of. The staff is very kind to both my wife and I and our foster son and the little guy has nothing bad to say about any of the people to take care of him. Getting in and out of the building is always a breeze, everything looks and smells pretty clean and there's really not much else to ask for. :-) I highly recommend this place if you need a daycare situation for your child or foster child Etc.

I do not recommend this place at all, I have been completely respectful the entire time my son went to this daycare, but was treated as if I was threating their staff, even with my frustration I was completely respectful and never disrespected this daycare (yes ma'am, no ma'am). There were many occasions were they accused my son of misbehaving at the daycare with no video proof and only one sit down to discuss course of action in the 8 months my son went there. It was until the last day they accused my son of hitting another child and the video clearly shows that was not the case and kicked my son without any parent/teacher conference, they just sent a very blunt email. Very disappointed how everything was handle, it is justified for a parent to be upset when not explained what happened. So to save you the hassle find another daycare and watch out for Mrs. Page, very unprofessional how she treated this whole situation, you will see with the response she does for this review. My son is at a new daycare and is doing amazing with no issues.nnUpdate to owner response:nWow, your statements are untrue, not once have I been disrespectful to your staff or you (even though you have been disrespectful to me). I was never at training, I reunited with my family after a PCS and yes I spent a week in November visiting my family and told you if my son had any issues to call me. Once I moved there, your staff told me that they will not call me anymore to see how things went. I never became relaxed with my son's behavior, daily I made it a priority to discuss how my son's day went with his teachers. If there where any behavior issues documented on daily report, they were minimal and teachers expressed they were not severe just a kid being a kid. So to a parent it would appear that my son was behaving and not having issues as you mention. You (Mrs. Page) never called for 4 months and my conversations with the teachers were positive. In addition, there wasn't any behavior reports written after the 1st incident that occurred in October and we sat down and discussed this behavior report in November, the next and final behavior report came the day we received an email kicking our son out of your program. Per phone conversation, you agreed to give us two weeks trial period. But not even 72 hrs later we get another email with a video of my son being accused of hitting another child, which the video clearly showed he never made contact, and kicking our son out permanently. It's a disgrace how you treated me and my son and I hope this review will allow other families to stay clear.

Our experience at the Children’s Village was very positive. Our two daughters absolutely loved their teachers and enjoyed being there. The front office was always responsive and respectful. I no longer live in the area, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again or recommend them.

Both of my children started at The Children's Village at 12 weeks old. They both continued there through pre-k. It is never easy to leave your child, but it was great knowing they were being well taken care of during the day. The teachers and staff are amazing. Both children were way head in their academics once they began kindergarten. I honestly feel The Children's Village played a huge part in that.
