Went through drive through. Ordered a mint chocolate chip shake and it was anything but. It was white and had been overmixed with just a hint of chocolate. Nothing like the others that I have had. Inquired of cashier and she explained that the chips were in there. Hamburger was burnt. Worst food i had ever had from this place. It tasted worse than it looked. If I lived closer I would have returned to give it all back.
My brother-in-law and his wife went to the Richmond Hill location this afternoon to get a couple of chocolate ice cream cones. Were told that they'd discontinued the chocolate soft serve. How is that possible?!! You'd eliminate half your customers since you only have chocolate or vanilla!
I feel bad giving 2 stars as it was a clean location and ALMOST all employees were great..but the main cook, wearing a Columbia jacket, was NOT wearing a mask. Sadly this meant we couldn't eat the food as we are high risk and it isn't worth it. I wish they would make sure all employees are being safe.
Servers were pleasant! I was able to order my meal and dessert at the same time while requesting to have ice cream later so it wouldn’t melt in the mean time.
Was told they discontinued chocolate ice cream. Um....you only have 2 flavors of ice cream, how can this be?? Also, the DQs in the south don't have chocolate jimmies (or sprinkles lol). Service isn't always fast and prices seem to be climbing.
