Poor customer service, the very first time I placed an order here, the driver went to the wrong address, the last two times were even more horrific, I ordered a 32 piece wing and an order of the jalapeno appetizers, after waiting over an hour I received my order which was stone cold, the owner emailed me offering a $20 credit, which I used to place another order. Only for it to take over an hour AGAIN, I reached out to the owner after 4 days of receiving no response. Seconds later she emailed me back apologizing for taking so long to respond. I cannot stand being lied to. If she was really concerned she would have responded much sooner. I told her that I would be reaching out to corporate, and her response was that she hopes they could help me. You can't get more condescending than that. I will starve before I ever eat another item from this location.

Ordered pizza from this location and waited for the food to come and a hour and twenty mins goes by. My family is waiting on the pizza. The app then said it was delivered went to my front door since they do the no contact order and no pizza in sight. We call the location and the girl who answered the phone had poor bedside manners and all she could say was, “uhhhh” then said she will get the manager. The manager gets on the phone and says sorry and that the driver contacted us numerous times, then she said said the driver came to the door and then turned around and said we gave the wrong address and phone number but we are looking at the app as she’s telling us this and the right address is on there and so is the phone number. We tell her we order from them at least once a week and she had nothing to say. Poor customer service.
