the slowest customer service ever and this is every time i come in this place smfh
I'm pretty sure this is the best Popeyes location I've ever been to! Customer service was great and the food was SOOO delicious!nEven though there was a ton of people in line the wait wasn't that long which was a bonus!nThanks for a great meal!
Mac n cheese was tasteless and looked like it came from a box (I’d rather have Kraft over what we got). The Cajun fries were crinkle cut fries, no flavor and seemed dumped out of a box. Took forever, people kept bringing back wrong orders or needing to get substitutes for things they were out of. The staff was nice and the spicy chicken sandwich tasted fine, and they replaced our fries with another sandwich so it was fine but whew, what a mess.
They were out a lot of things as a matter of fact the only side dish you could get was mashed potatoes and gravy. when I asked if I could get a couple of napkins she's like wait let me see if we even have any more. It makes me wonder if this Popeyes is going to be closing it's doors.
The Flounder sandwich is really good. I ordered it with extra tartar sauce too. I'll definitely eat it again.
