That's Italian Pizza & Pasta

Today was my first day trying them. I had got a flyer in the mail and thought I would give them a try worse mistake I could have made . The flyer came with if you spend so much you get like 5 dollars off etc. so first when I call after I place my order she tells me since the manager isn’t there I can’t use the coupon because nobody else could do it. Get to place to pick up my food my daughter goes in to get the order because I paid over the phone I tell her she missing a pizza. So I go in the girl at the counter ask where is her pizza he says I don’t know you should know you have the ticket. I’m thinking he shouldn’t say that in front of a customer on top of that he in the back making food with no mask. I get to the house the food is not even warm mind you I live a few minutes from the place. The pizzas were cold. The cheese fries and pizza fries were nasty first because it was cold and barley had cheese on it. The pizzas weren’t even cut. The fried ravioli bites were cold and hard the cheese was so hard was no cheese to ooze out. The fried wings were hard and cold I ordered a 10 piece only 8 were in the box I called and told her she really didn’t say much. This was a waste of 60 dollars nobody ate the food. Worse experience and my one daughter who thinks everything is good. Wouldn’t eat it. Wasted my hard earned money I’m upset and disappointed

Pizza is pretty good service was perfect. Only had 1 small issue with an order and they fixed it right away. If you want some fresh pizza or you are looking for some dough for a family pizza night this is the place to go

Good stuff for a classic NY style pie, try the meat Stromboli and there killer marinara sauce.

Called to inquire about a menu item. Poor and borderline dismissive customer service. I ended up not placing my order based on that initial interaction alone. First impressions much?nI have a standard of not patronizing establishments where I have a friendlier demeanor than that of staff. Very disappointed - was looking forward to being a first time customer - that’ll never happen now. I’m not sure how the food is, but from the reviews I read, it appears to be inconsistent and skimp on presentation and quantity for the money you spend here, so maybe I dodged a bullet. Hope others have a better first impression/experience.

We got the garlic knots and a meaty stromboli! Both were delicious. The garlic knots are my favorite. So light and garlicky! I will be back!
