Fuji is AWESOME! Sushi is great, portion size is more than enough, and staff is welcoming! The owners are as sweet as can be. You won't go wrong with dine in or carry out. If you haven't already tried Fuji , you are missing out!!

The review of this restaurant may differ between my wife and I, but this review is on my account.nnShe and my mother both got the cucumber, sweet potato, squash, and broccoli sushi rolls. They loved it.nnI on the other hand, got the hibachi-styled rice with chicken and beef. I have tried a lot of Japanese restaurants and even make my own style of rice which I consider to be very tasty. That was not the case with this rice. The rice was bland and slightly undercooked. They cook vegetables but don't offer onion in the rice and they don't cook eggs at all (two big no-nos for rice in my opinion). At home, I cooked three eggs and added them in, in order to attempt to salvage the meal. However, the egg was tasting better than anything else and that is something I personally made. The beef was really chewy as it was overcooked into well done status and had no noticeable seasoning or taste.nnProbably my least favorite Japanese rice I've ever eaten. Bold statement, but seeing as I've tried a lot, this doesn't compare even to my home style.
Never a disappointment with a plethora of food options, especially for picky adult eaters like me. Food is always tasty, even without the shrimp sauce!
