Store wasn't managed well, they forgot one of my pizzas and didn't start it until I showed up to pick up my order. Half my order had been sitting out for quite a bit of time and was only slightly warm because it was under warm lights. Unfortunately this was the first time I ever tried Marcos. Moving forward I'll just stick my locally owned pizza ships, Zoners or Papas.

So, I attempted to order a Caesar salad today and have it delivered. Apparently, I live “too close” to the store, so they won’t deliver. Also, order had to be over $11 to set delivery. As I attempted to see if I paid more and select something so they can deliver, someone in the background, loud and clear, started saying they won’t deliver it. Wow. Never had something happen to me in a pizza delivery place. Don’t worry, I will never do business with your establishment again. Point taken.

Will not be eating at this location again. While picking up my order I witnessed the employees in the back not wearing masks while preparing dough. I also watched a gal sneeze at her work space and then return right back to touching the dough with bare hands, not once did she wash her hands before returning to touching food. This is absolutely disgusting and I didn’t even end up eating the food I ordered out of sheer disgust. Please do better.

Deluxe and BBQ Chicken Pizza were both really good and I loved the curb side pick-up option! Only thing was the cinnamon squares were cooked too long and became crunchy and hard to bite into.
