I will recommend CVS pharmacy to anyone. Recently I tested for COVID-19 and the results returned positive. During my second testing I chose to go to CVS pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The drive through clinic was a great experience. Jenna was very patient and friendly. She assisted me step by step and made my day more calming and enjoyable. I recently received my second test and the results were negative.
Had previously given one star based on experience with pharmacist Patel ... received a call from Karl the main pharmacist the next day telling me they had taken care of getting the medication I needed for my wife's post surgery but driving to Savannah and picking it up. That's the kind of service i very much appreciate...kudos for the young lady who did this and to Karl for calling me...Very much appreciated!!!
Worse customer service ever, Horrible people please save your time.. Please go somewhere else.
Came in 35 minutes before close and the pharmacy tech told me she couldn’t fill my one prescription until morning.
We are new to the area and our insurance requires us to use CVS to get the best deals. I have always been a Walgreens person but I went to get scripts filled and had a very nice experience. I saw alot of things about pharmacy techs but the 2 times I have had to go they were helpful and considerate. I hope that things stay this way. A good pharmacy is as important as a good doctor when you move to a new area.
