Cannot complain about this location one bit. I spoke with the. Ost delightful gentleman who ended up being in sales, not parts and he ensured I was connected (Thanks Ken!). When we arrived to pickup our item, a polite gentleman greeted us and directed us to the correct building (nice to meet you Ken and thanks again!). The item was much more than expected and 30% more than online and other places who did not have it in stock. Without hesitation the kind saleswoman matched the price from one of their competitors. Would highly recommend checking them out. Thanks guys for the assist!

I had the opportunity to interact with June, Ann, Ron, Chris and Carlton in the Service Department and it was an awesome experience. They all were very Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Good Listeners and they know that their Dedication, Hard Work, Support and Friendship is appreciated and valued by my family and me. It was a great experience, they all work very hard and again, my family and me so appreciate and value their Dedication, Hard Work and Support.

I am down here in from NH where I had purchased my Forest River FR3,nI had been having some on and off issues with the battery disconnect switch form day one. Also had a minor window molding problem. Again not being from the area I had no idea what to expect. I called June Gale, she could not be more helpful along with being cheerful. June made my appointment. Today I show up and Ron Devane spent the time with me and wrote up the info. My Tec was David who had found the issue with the disconnect switch and fixed the window rubber molding.nI would highly recommend this dealer to anyone . They worked as a team and cold not be easer to deal with on a warranty issue.nnMike

Had a great experience with the folks at Richmond Hill Campers Inn, they were very accommodating from the start. I'm aprox 4hrs away from this location, I was after a variant of the E-Pro 19bh and they had one (sold out everywhere). I called them, spoke with Jonathan and William over the phone... more or less had the deal worked out before I got there. I paid a small deposit to hold the camper while I worked out logistics, this was on a Saturday. I emailed Jonathan back and forth over the weekend, he even replied on his day off (Sunday). I informed him I was going to be able to come down before noon Monday. William (Sales Manager) called me while I was in route, got some info from me and had the paperwork ready when we got there.nnNot only were they able to get my paperwork ready, they also already had the camper in the bay getting the pre-inspection, set-up, and detail work going. Everyone was awesome. We got the paperwork done, went and got some lunch, came back and went through the orientation.nnIn and out, and a nice little drive back home to shake down pulling the camper.nnI wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to this location for their Camper/RV needs.nnThank you!
