Helpful overall. First time I went in I rescheduled when I waited 15 min after appt time, but that's just because I was really hungry after work. They were apologetic and it wasn't within their control. Once I met with Brenda she was very helpful and made great recommendations for next tax year.

Correct and accurate services. Cheryl Donaldson is by far the best in the business. If you’re looking for someone with experience and knows her stuff, then she is highly recommended.
