This location is a joke! The pizza is never cooked fully however we tried again tonight. We placed two SEPARATE orders online for delivery. One to my elderly grandmother and one to our house. This location combined the orders and mine never arrived. When calling the store, Susan continuously blamed me for the mixup with an extremely condescending tone. Needless to say it was not resolved. I finally requested a refund and decided to go elsewhere. The operator of this location needs to reevaluate his staff and their problem solving capabilities or it will surely go under. We will never order from here again.

Horrible service. I wanted to check the status for an online order cause tracking wasn't available, and they left me on hold for ten minutes. I had to call from a different phone to get them to talk to me. Whoever talked to me acted like I was crazy, even though there's a PANDEMIC, and I don't want to go to the pizzahut until I know the pizza is ready.
Just went to the takeout the lady who delivered it to the car
