Messed up the order multiple times, they took the receipt to check and then lost it. The manager then badgered me for it when I had to go inside and find out what was going on, after I explained that it was taken he acted flustered and told them to just give me what I wanted.nnIf you want McDonalds you would like your order to be correct you might want to try another location.
Not only can they never get the order right, or within a reasonable time, now they are straight up stealing money. I went for a simple order 2 happy meals and a chicken nugget meal, they couldn't get that right so I asked for a refund. They only refunded part of the money keeping a third of the purchase cost+ tax. Now I just get the run around trying to resolve it.
Who in da ham sandwich would order a double quarter w tarter sauce? And repeats order back correctly as double fish w extra tarter? See receipt in photos, please sale this location to better ownership on behalf on the entire Deltona community for goodness sakes!!!
There is one girl that works there that is always so nice!!! Makes our day. We go almost everyday after my son is done with school for a milkshake. ud83dude0a
Don't usually eat from McDonald's, but a quick stop every now and then. lines are long, but they have there staff managed well; line moves quickly.
