Altamonte Elementary School

This is the WORST school to send your children to!! If you can find ANY other school to place them in, do so!! I have dealt with bullying problems within this school for the past 10 months and today it finally resulted in me withdrawing my children from school a week and a half before the end of the year!! Ms. Gamble is a JOKE! She claims she cares and loves her job but she is the one that hasn't done ANYTHING to help my child! I am calling news crews, and have already called DCF on this school!! DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS SCHOOL! The teachers DO NOT protect your child!! This school and it's WHOLE STAFF is a freaking JOKE!!!!!!! If I could give it ZERO stars I would!!

If you read the previous post you will find they are from the elementary school students who were probably bribed to post a review.. this school was rated D and for good reason.. As a parent I can tell you this school is far from good/great in academics and communication. The principal and a good majority of the teachers and staff are unprofessional and non committed to the best interest of a child's learning experience..My child did well before she went to this school and after she left this school so it's clearly the school/teachers and not my child.. if you live in this school zone spare yourself and your child from the mediocre oppressive educational experience at and look into a charter school, choice or magnet program.

This is the worst school ever. I hate it and thier food is horrible, i feel bad for the kids there.#SOAR #KEEPINGITREAL . And mrs. Gamble is one of the worst principles i have ever seen. The teachers dont care and the staff is rude. Everything there is horrible i defentaly recommend to NOT put your child their.

If you research and do the history on this school it has a poor rating for years... and rightfully so. The principal, teachers and staff are only there for a pay check. They do not communicate effectively with the students or parents. The principal and good majority of the teachers are inefficient and unproductive in their efforts to teach and provide a good learning environment and experience for their students. Very sorry and sad for the children that have to attend this school.

The school was good overall but the kids and most of the staff wasn't the best. This was my first public school. The best teachers were Mrs Keener Mrs Ortiz Mrs Bills Mr Circe Mrs Hudson and Mr Royer.
