Went in the right drive through this morning, ended up getting skipped and not having my order taken for about 4-5 cars who arrived after I had in the left drive through lane. The woman taking orders was very apologetic which I appreciate, but still doesn’t change the fact I had to go elsewhere for food and was late for work. I literally eat here 3-4 times a week since it’s so close to my job, and this has never happened before. I don’t know if it’s a recent change in staff or a lack of one to begin with, but this cannot be acceptable for a busy morning rush.
I would rate this place a two but the food tasted great, only thing that upsetted me was the light skinned lady who took my order with the glasses and short short hair. I asked how was she I received no answer.. told her thank you received no answer ... felt very much rushed out. I understand what it’s like to work in a fast paced environment, but at least show some type of happiness. Big thank you to the lady with the dreads though very sweet and helpful.
Food tastes old and they never get the order correct. They run out of soda and they do not give cooked to order food just reheated.
I have been to tho McDonald’s multiple times and I have noticed between 9pm-1am the staff is horrendous. I have gotten a raw burger 4 times and they have charged me for a large but give me a medium. I understand there is only two people but giving people raw burgers is going to get someone sick
They can never get your order right.
