Renaissance Charter School of St. Lucie

The school needs to develop a new pickup/drop off process. If you're picking your kid up, show up at 3:30 vs 3:00 or earlier. The staff is friendly. My daughter got lice 3 times in the first few months of school. That was fun. Haven't had a problem since. Giselle in lane 2 is the bomb. Ms. Coburn(principal) and Ms. Jackson(assistant) are responsive and friendly. Deputy Tracy is also very nice, I enjoy seeing her around. The principal allowed me to write off my lice treatments as hours which shows the level of cooperation and willingness to work with you. Overall, I'm happy with this place.

An AMAZING school with fabulous, caring teachers! I have never been at a school that cared more for my children than this one does. They treat them like one of their own! So many family oriented activities too! I love there are always events and fun things to do! I highly recommend it here - I have been a parent here 6 years!

I highly recommend this school. My daughter has been attending since kindergarten and every year she goes back, the school has made several steps to improve. The multitude of outlets in which they communicate with parents is unparalleled. The security update throughout the school is impressive and coming back each year to see the same similar faces of the staff, teachers and administration is refreshing. I am without a shadow of a doubt super proud to send my kid here everyday. Thank you for your continued effort to improve and maintain a great “A” school.

We love this school! My daughter has been attending RCSSL for the past 3 years and we have always had a good experience with the teachers and the staff. My daughter was actually upset when we no longer needed to utilize the before and aftercare program as she enjoyed it so much. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking, makes it difficult to attend ceremonies and other family-oriented events.

I have been at Renaissance Charter school of St. Lucie for 9 years and am proud to say that they have built and stabilized my foundation for learning, critical thinking, growth, and fundamentals for the real world. Since the school has opened I have seen how the school strives for greatness and how the teachers are committed to helping their students achieve high standards. We have come a long way with the current principal Christiana Coburn and I am thankful to have met people as great as the middle school musical arts director Mr. Scott Laird and so much more. It is my honor and with great pleasure to say that I am thankful for everything they have taught me and will dearly miss the school as I move on to high school. Go Knights!
