Ms. Virginia is amazing with kids. I was so anxious to start swim lessons with my 2 year old, but I knew that it was something we needed to do. She makes kids of all ages and stages comfortable and builds their confidence. I feel very fortunate to have found a swim instructor who takes her work with my child so seriously. Her pool and backyard are pretty awesome, too. Check out her chicken coop!

We were so happy to have found Mrs. Virginia at Floating Otters Swim School. Our little guy who is 2.5 years old graduated from her swim school after 5 weeks. Our little guy could've graduated at 4 weeks but he decided to roll himself a different way when turning to float. We trusted in Mrs. Virginia's knowledge and advice to keep him an extra week. She knew exactly what he needed and did just that for our son to get him to graduate. She won't let your children leave her program unless they are absolutely ready to leave. I believe Mrs. Virginia's loving and caring attitude it what kept my child from crying the entire time. She spent time with him and got him comfortable with her. She allowed him to trust her. He knew he was safe with her. To me that is so valuable and I feel it made it a more enjoyable experience for not only the parents, but our child and the instructor. You're doing an amazing job! We can't thank you enough Mrs. Virginia!

My little 3 year old has been with Virginia for a total of 10 lessons, and she’s swimming the length of the pool with zero floatation devices or help from the instructor. And when you meet her, she’s all smiles. It’s obvious she’s done this (taught swimming) to a million kids. She is truly amazing!
