I’ve been a professional player in my golf career, FSGA former Jr. amateur champion, and started an accounting firm for business clients over 20 years ago. Matt has totally impressed me in his passion for the game of Golf, and the teachings of his students. In an industry so competitive, his love of the game and students had given him that special “It” Factor to succeed. As a former Professional of Golf, and an Accountant, I highly recommend him as your Instructor.

I spent the summer at Matt’s academy and go multiple times during the winter. His knowledge of golf is amazing! He gives me confidence in my game and is very supportive and dedicated.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Matt DeJohn five years ago. My dear friend told me he was taking me to see Matt since I was in a serious slump and battling multiple injuries and wanted to walk away from the game. That friend was a six time club champion and Winged Foot and at 81 years old, still was tough to beat. Needless to say, I paid for all my lessons and have continued to work with Matt. Now, as of summer 2019, I walked away from my job at a private equity firm to help Matt run and grow his business. Matt’s passion and support for the students at the Matt DeJohn Golf Academy is second to none - I couldn’t recommend Matt more.
